Perumana Nidhi Limited

Our place is called Vrindavan House and it’s located right in Nambeesan Colony. It’s a residential-feeling area in Malappuram, specifically around the Down Hill post office zone. We like it here because it’s not as chaotic as the main market streets. The house itself is where we handle all our business. It feels a bit more personal than a cold office building. We have our tables set up in the main rooms and use the space as best we can. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing out front and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. It’s part of being in a colony. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people trying to keep things organized for our neighbors. There’s a bit of a garden out front that we try to keep tidy when we have the time. Most people who come to see us are from around these parts. They know the way to Nambeesan Colony without needing a map. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it works for us. The paperwork piles up occasionally, but we get through it by the end of the week. It’s just a normal day at Perumana Nidhi. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background.
