Perfect Square International Developers LLP operates out of Parammal S/O Mohammed Hajioorakam in Melmuri. Even though the name sounds like we might have offices all over the world, we are actually a local business rooted right here in Melmuri. Our base is at the Parammal location, and it is where we handle all the details of our development work. We don't have a glossy reception area or a team of marketing people. It is just a practical workspace where we can focus on the job. Developing land and buildings is what we do, and it takes a lot of time and patience. We spend many hours talking to local officials and making sure everything is in order before we even start digging. The office in Melmuri is where we keep all our records and meet with the people we are building for. We try to be as plain-spoken as possible about our projects.
