We are over at Habry Center, right near the KWA office. If you know the Pattambi Road area, you’ve probably passed us. Papa Realtors LLP is the name on the door at X111/232/2. Cholomkunnnu is a busy little patch. We spend our days talking to people about houses and shops. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time walking around looking at sites and then coming back here to do the paperwork. The office is small but it fits what we need. We have a couple of chairs for visitors and a table that’s usually covered in blueprints or site plans. It’s noisy outside with the traffic on Pattambi Road, but we’re used to it. We aren't some big city firm with shiny windows. We just know the local land well. If someone needs a place to stay or a bit of ground to build on, they usually find their way to us. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now. Most of the other shop owners nearby are friends. We grab tea from the stall down the street. It’s a practical way to work. We don’t use big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell people what the situation is with the property they are looking at. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit by the window to see. We keep things real and don't pretend to be something we aren't.
