Naduvattam Nidhi Limited

Our place is in the KVM Complex on Ayilakkad Road, which is in the Naduvattam area of Edappal. If you know the Malappuram district, you know that Edappal can get quite crowded, but our road is just a little bit away from the main chaos. We are Naduvattam Nidhi Limited and we have been in this complex for a while. The office is basic, with white walls and some cupboards for all the files we have to keep. We handle the local savings and loans, so there are always people dropping by with their passbooks. We have a couple of computers that we use, but a lot of the work is still done by looking through the paper files. The light in the office is okay, but we usually keep the door open to let some air in. People from the nearby shops often pop their heads in to say hello. It’s a small community here on Ayilakkad Road. We usually get to work around nine and start by organizing the tasks for the day. Sometimes we have to wait for the power to come back on if it goes out, but we just use that time to catch up on the ledger entries. It’s not a fancy life, just regular office work in a small town. We make sure every paisa is accounted for and that the members are treated fairly when they come in.
