Naayif Resorts & Holidays Llp

I started Naayif Resorts with some help from my cousins. We are based up in Vandakampoyil, which is a bit of a climb to get to. The address is 1 / 74 and it’s right there in Kakkatampoyil. We aren't some big chain of hotels. It is just us running the place. Most days I’m out checking on the water tanks or making sure the staff have what they need for the rooms. It’s a lot of work when the monsoon hits because the roads get muddy and the leaves go everywhere. We spend a lot of time sweeping the paths. We have a few rooms and we try to keep them clean for whoever shows up. Sometimes it's a family on holiday, other times it's just someone passing through. We don't have a big office or anything fancy. I usually sit at a small wooden desk near the entrance to do the bills and the paperwork. It’s a quiet life up here in the hills. We don’t do much advertising at all. People find us because they want to see the trees and the hills. I spent last week fixing the fence because some goats from the village got in. That’s just how it is here. We aren't corporate people. We just provide a place to stay and maybe some tea in the morning. We do our best to keep things simple and functional for everyone who visits us. It is a steady way to live.
