Murikkoli-Ar Bakery Private Limited

Our bakery is located at Murukkoli House, which is Door No 20/792 in the Thazepalam area. We’re part of the Tirur municipality, specifically in Thrikkandiyur. It’s a busy spot, especially around the times when people are heading home from work. Murikkoli-Ar Bakery has been a name in this town for a long time. We have the ovens going early in the morning, usually before the sun is even up. You can smell the bread from down the street. It’s a lot of manual labor, kneading dough and watching the timers. We don’t use fancy machines for everything; we still like doing things by hand. The building is an old family house that we’ve converted over the years. It has a lot of history for us. We’re a private limited company now, but the way we work hasn't changed much. We deal with flour, sugar, and yeast all day long. It gets quite dusty, and we’re always sweeping. The staff are all local people from around Tirur. We know most of the customers by name. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t have a website or big posters. We just have our doors open and the trays full. Sometimes we run out of the popular items early, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. That’s just life in a bakery. We try to keep things simple and honest. The roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains hard, but we’ve got a bucket for that.
