Usually, someone is making tea while the rest of us are busy on the computers. It’s a small operation, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day you’re checking inventory, the next you’re dealing with a delivery issue. It’s not always smooth sailing, but we’ve learned how to handle the ups and downs of the trade. We just want to do our work quietly and keep things moving. Being in a gram panchayat means everyone knows everyone, which is a nice way to live and work. We just keep at it every day, trying to stay on top of the orders and making sure the files are in the right place.
