We are over at Room No. Vii/136 in the Santhosh Buildings. You can find us right on the Palakkad Main Road in the Melattur Post area. Melattur Santhosh Constructions Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a while. Being on the main road means we see a lot of people passing by every day. The office is just a regular room with some desks and chairs. It’s a bit noisy with the trucks and cars going past outside, but we don't mind. We spend most of our time out in Melattur or traveling along the Palakkad road to different job sites. The work is steady and we just try to keep things organized. We aren't a high-pressure sales type of place. Usually, someone just stops by because they saw the sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We keep our records in stacks and our coffee mugs full. It is a very normal way to run a construction company. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making decisions based on what’s happening that day. Sometimes the monsoon makes everything a mess, and we just have to wait it out in the office. We talk about the news and wait for the rain to stop so we can get back to work. That is just how life goes for us here in Melattur. We aren't looking to change much, just keep building things around the district as they come up.
