Kalliyath Industries is situated along the Manjeri Road, right near the Manorama office. It’s a stretch of road that stays pretty busy throughout the day. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the traffic grow and the buildings change around us. The way we work is pretty simple. We don't have many layers of management. If something needs to be done, we just go ahead and do it. The atmosphere inside is mostly focused on the tasks at hand. We don't have time for long meetings or fancy presentations. It’s more about getting the orders ready and making sure everything is where it needs to be. Manjeri Road can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, but we’ve learned to time our deliveries to avoid the worst of it. The building itself is a standard industrial setup, nothing flashy or modern. We care more about the machines working right than the paint on the walls. We have a small crew and everyone knows their role. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or what’s happening in the neighborhood. It’s a local business run by local people who understand the area. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just put in the hours and make sure the business keeps moving forward one day at a time.
