Mabco Developers Llp is situated in Kunnath Tower, right in Thirurkkad. It’s Building III/158A if you are looking at the records. We’ve been operating out of Malappuram for a while now. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and site updates scattered around. We do development work, which basically means a lot of time spent on-site or dealing with local permits. Being in Thirurkkad Post makes it easy for us to reach different parts of the district. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a functional space where we get things done. We have a small group of people here who handle the day-to-day tasks. Some days we are out looking at land, other days we are just sitting here making calls to suppliers. The traffic near Kunnath Tower can be a bit much during peak hours, but that's just how it is. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work we get and try to keep things moving. Most people around here know us by name. It’s a simple business. We focus on building and developing properties without making a big fuss about it. If you walk into the tower, you’ll find us easily enough. We stay busy with various projects across Malappuram, just trying to build things that actually work for the people living here. We aren't trying to be anything we're not, just builders working in our local area.
