We spend most of our time at the Smart Building on Malappuram Road. It is right in the Mankada area, near the Krishibavan. Building stuff in this part of Malappuram keeps us pretty busy most days. Sometimes the heavy rain messes with our work schedules, but that is just how it is around here. People know the road well and we are easy to find. We deal with cement, bricks, and a lot of phone calls every single morning. It isn’t always fancy work. We just show up at the site and do what needs to be done. The office isn't too big, but it works fine for us. We have been at this for a while now. The morning commute is usually alright and we see the same faces every day. It is a very local thing. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the walls go up straight. Sometimes we have to stay late when a project is moving fast. The area around Mankada is changing quite a bit lately. There are many more shops than there used to be. We try to keep our plans simple and not overcomplicate things for the clients. It’s mostly about getting the job done right so the next person can finally move in. We talk to the suppliers, check the progress, and then come back to the desk. That’s the daily routine. No big speeches, just building. It is hard work but it is what we know.
