Lezara Builders & Designers

If you go past the LP School in Melakkam, you’ll find our place. We are set up here in Manjeri and have been working on building and design projects for people around the district for some time now. It’s a local operation. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with blueprints and material samples everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We don’t really go for the corporate look. We prefer to just talk to people plainly about what they want their house or shop to look like. Usually, it's just a few of us handling everything from the first drawing to the final brick. Being near the school means there's always a bit of noise and life around, which we like. We spend plenty of time out on sites in Malappuram, making sure things are being done the way we discussed with the owners. It’s not always easy work, especially when materials are late or the weather isn’t helping, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on at Lezara Builders & Designers. People in the area know us by name, and we like it that way. It keeps things simple. If you need something built or a new design idea, we’re usually around the office near the school most weekdays during the morning hours.
