Leem Bakery Venture 2 Llp

We are over in Swagathamadu at 27/332 A. It is in the Kottakkal area of Tirur. This is our second bakery venture, so we had a bit of an idea of what we were doing when we started. The ovens are usually on by early morning. The whole street smells like baking bread, which isn't a bad way to start the day. We make all the usual stuff like biscuits, buns, and cakes. We don’t use any industrial shortcuts. We still do a lot of the mixing by hand. It’s tiring, but it’s the only way we know. The shop is small and can get crowded in the evenings when people are heading home from work. We have a few benches where people sit and talk while they wait. Malappuram has a lot of bakeries, but we just focus on our own little spot. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's just us and the bakers. Sometimes we run out of things early and have to close up, but we try to plan better for the next day. The rain in Kerala can make the flour a bit clumpier than usual, so we have to be careful. We just want to make stuff that tastes like home. It’s a simple business and we like it that way.
