Leem Bakery Venture 1 Llp

We are just a small group of folks over at 27/332 A in Swagathamadu running this bakery. It gets pretty hot in here with the ovens going all day, especially in the afternoons. Most of us start work before the sun even comes up because that is when the dough needs to be set and the first batches of bread go in. We don't have fancy machinery or a huge team, just a few people who know how to handle flour and sugar. Some days the floor is covered in white dust and the cooling racks are overflowing. People stop by when they smell something good coming out of the kitchen. We try to keep things simple. If you look for us, we are right there at Swagathamadu. The place isn't big, but we make it work. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a busy morning, and other times we have a bit extra left over by closing time. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s mostly about getting the timing right with the baking and making sure the trays are clean for the next round. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. Usually, people just know we are here because they live nearby or pass by on their way to work. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy bags and scrubbing pans, but that is just how a bakery goes.
