Le Casa Private Limited

Le Casa Private Limited is based out of Kuniyil Palliyali in the Thottungal area. Ramanattukara is our home and where we decided to start this company. We focus on houses and local building projects. It’s a small operation. We don't have a giant team of experts, just a few local guys who know how to get things done. The office is really just a place to store files and meet with people who want to build something. It can get a bit messy with all the site samples and tools lying around. We spend most of our time out in the field anyway. Ramanattukara is growing fast and there is always something to do. We don't go in for big advertisements or fancy brochures. Usually, a neighbor tells a friend about us and that’s how we get work. It is a slow and steady way of doing things. We know the local suppliers and the guys who do the heavy lifting. Dealing with the local authorities and getting permits can be a pain, but we’ve done it enough times to know the routine. We just show up every day and do what needs doing. It’s not always perfect but we try to be fair and do a good job for the folks around here. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time and we plan to stay.
