This is a small property business run from our place in Vaniambalam. The address is Pulisseri, and we are located at the Karalikattil Thanduparakkal House. It is a local house that we use for our work, so it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We are in the Malappuram area, specifically at door number 12/21-A. Things are pretty slow and steady around here. We handle properties and land matters for the people in the village and the nearby areas. Since we are based in a house, we know our neighbors and the land around Pulisseri very well. It’s mostly just family and a few others helping out. We don’t have big meetings or anything like that. Usually, someone just stops by the house to talk about a piece of land or a house they want to sell. We sit on the porch or in the small office room and go through the details. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping records in books and checking the local maps. The area is quiet, which we like. We’ve been here for a long time, so we have a good feel for the local geography. It’s just the way we do things here in this part of Malappuram. Nothing fancy, just plain property work out of our own home. We try to keep our documents organized as best as we can.
