Kpm Residency

Kpm Residency is located right on Mannarkkad Road. It is a simple building and we do not try to make it look like something it is not. We have been here for a while now, providing rooms for people who are traveling through or staying in the area for work. The road outside is usually busy with traffic, but we try to keep things quiet enough inside for our guests. We are just a small group of people running this place day to day. We do not have any big corporate mission or a team of people writing fancy ads for us. We just focus on the basics like making sure the beds are made and the bathrooms are clean. Sometimes things go wrong, like a leaky pipe or a light bulb burning out, and we just fix it ourselves. It is an honest way to make a living and we appreciate the people who choose to stay with us. Most of our guests find us by seeing our sign as they drive down Mannarkkad Road. We do not make any big claims about being better than other places or anything like that. We just provide a place to sleep and try to be helpful when we can. It is a straightforward business and we just take things one day at a time. If you are in the neighborhood, we are right here on the road. The staff is usually around if you need something.
