Kad Builders And Developers Private Limited is based at No. 18/428 in Saraf Manzil. We are located in the Post Muttathody area, right near the sub station. You can usually hear the hum from the power station if it’s a quiet day. The office is inside Saraf Manzil, which is a building many people around here recognize. We’ve got a few rooms where we handle all the construction planning and the legal paperwork. It’s a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples of materials, but we know our way around the mess. It’s a working office, not a gallery. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, so the office isn't always full. The office at Saraf Manzil is a bit of a walk from the main road, but the neighbors are friendly. We have a small radio that we keep on a low volume for some background noise. It’s mostly news and local songs. The postman usually stops by around noon with the mail for Muttathody. We’ve got a stack of newspapers in the corner that we use for reference or just to read during lunch. It's not the most modern setup, but it’s comfortable enough for us. We don't have any uniform or dress code. We just wear what's practical for being out on a building site. The desk drawers are full of old pens and bits of string.
