Kondotty is a busy area especially with the airport nearby. You can hear the planes sometimes if the wind is right. We have a small office here in Pulikkal. It is nothing too special just a place to sit and work. We have been in this part of Malappuram for a long time. The local shops are right down the street from us. We usually grab lunch from one of the small hotels nearby. It is a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work and talk to the people who come in. The building is older but it is solid. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets filled with papers. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just wait for it to come back on. That is just life in this area. We focus on our building and development projects from this little office. It is a lot of hard work but we enjoy being part of the Kondotty community. Pulikkal has a good feel to it. People are busy but they always have time for a quick chat. That is how we run things here at KABCO.
