Our office is a modest one where we handle all sorts of local property matters. Being in a place like Tanur means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. We spend a good chunk of our time just chatting with people about what is happening in the local market. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or complicated marketing talk.
