Jazeera Properties is based out of Mattara House in the AR Nagar area of Malappuram. Our specific location is 5/119 in a place some locals call China. It’s a bit of a unique address, but once you’re in Palamadathil, it’s not too hard to find us. We work on property deals around here and in the wider Malappuram district. The office is just a regular room in the house area, nothing like those big glass buildings in the city. We prefer it this way because people feel more comfortable just dropping by for a chat. We deal with land, houses, and whatever else comes up in the local market. There is a lot of trust involved in real estate around here, so we try to be very plain with everyone. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the area well. Most of our day is spent catching up with people or looking at property boundaries. It can be a bit slow some days, and then very busy the next when a new piece of land opens up. We don't spend money on fancy ads. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about us. We just stay here in Mattara House and handle things as they come. It’s a practical way to run a business in a place like AR Nagar. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to the folks living nearby who need help.
