We are located over at Ashrayam in Naduvilangadi, which is part of Tirur. If you know the Pookayil Bazar area in Malappuram, we aren't too far from there. Our office is just a regular space where we get our work done every day. It’s pretty quiet around here most mornings, though the street gets busier later on when people are out doing their shopping or running errands. We've been at this spot for a while now and most of the locals know where the building is. The PIN code is 676107 if you are looking it up on a map or trying to send us something in the mail. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stand but not too bad if the weather is nice. We mostly just stick to ourselves and handle the daily tasks that come our way. The building itself is easy enough to spot once you get into the Naduvilangadi area. We don't have a big flashy sign or anything, just the name Ivar Associates Llp on the door. It feels like a good spot for us because it's central enough to get things done but far enough from the biggest crowds. People sometimes stop by just to ask for directions because of where we are situated. Kerala weather can be unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time making sure the office stays dry during the monsoon season. That’s pretty much us. We just keep our heads down and work.
