Hyena Realty Llp

Our small office is located at No 6/281 in Padannamakkalkanayankavayal. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't from the area, but we like it that way. We use the name Hyena Realty Llp for all our official business. Most of our work involves looking at land and houses in this specific part of the region. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who know the local terrain well. The office is pretty quiet, which gives us time to go through all the property details and legal papers. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or visiting different sites to make sure they are right for the people asking about them. It’s not a glamorous job. There is often a lot of dust and walking involved. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We just try to help people buy or sell their property without too much fuss. Our office is a simple room with a few chairs and a table where we can sit down and talk. People from the village often stop by just to say hello or ask about the latest land prices. We try to keep things honest and tell people the truth about the properties we see. It’s a local business run by local people who just happen to know a lot about real estate in this specific neighborhood.
