Herbario Resorts And Restaurants Private Limited

Our setup is at the TC Complex in Kakkanchery, specifically on the first floor terrace at 10/317E. It’s right near Kinfra, so we see a lot of people coming and going for work every single day. We run Herbario Resorts and Restaurants from this spot. It’s basically me, a few cooks, and some folks who help with the cleaning of the rooms and the hall. We aren't some big corporate company with shiny brochures or a big marketing budget. We just serve food and have some rooms for people who need to stay the night. The terrace is a good spot to sit when the evening breeze comes through the area. I spend most of my time in the kitchen or checking the inventory of the drinks and supplies. It’s a lot of work to keep the place running correctly. We get the vegetables from the local market early in the morning before it gets too hot. The building is a bit older than some, so there is always something that needs a bit of paint or a new washer in the sink. We’ve been here for a while and we know most of the people who work in the nearby offices. We don't do any big promotions. We just open the doors and start the day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to mess with the generator for a bit. It’s just part of the routine for us.
