We are Heavensbay Developers Private Limited and we work out of Kottakkal. Specifically, our office is in Edarikode, inside Room No.506 and 507. It is the same building where a few other businesses are. Malappuram-Malappuram is the general area. We are usually in the office by nine in the morning unless there is a site visit scheduled somewhere nearby. The two rooms give us enough space to spread out our maps and documents. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but the fans keep things moving. We do a lot of coordination from here. People stop by to ask about property stuff or just to drop off papers. Edarikode is a decent place to be based because it is central for us. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It's just a practical workspace where we try to stay organized. Most of the staff live nearby so we know the local roads pretty well. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. Being a private limited company means there is always some legal stuff to keep track of. We try to keep it simple. If you are looking for us, just head to the building in Edarikode and take the lift up to the 500s. We are there most days of the week doing what needs to be done.
