Haneena Developers Private Limited is located right here in Kottakkal. We have our office in Room No.506 and 507 over at Edarikode. It’s a busy spot in Malappuram. We spend most of our days dealing with various development projects and handling the paperwork that comes with it. Most people around here know where Edarikode is, so it isn't hard to find us. We've been at this for a bit now. The rooms 506 and 507 are where everything happens. It's not a fancy place but it works for what we need to do. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some planning done. We handle the local work mostly. Malappuram has a lot of growth lately and we are just one part of that. There are two rooms because one was getting too cramped with all the files and drawings we keep. You can just walk up to the fifth floor and find us there. Being in Edarikode means we are close to the main road which helps when we have to visit sites. It is just a regular office with desks, chairs, and some computers. We drink a lot of tea while we look at site plans. That is basically us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs finishing. Nothing more to it really.
