Handco Infra L L P is based at a place called Ibtihaj in the Kadalundi Nagaram Post area. We work on infrastructure projects, which means a lot of time spent looking at plans and dealing with construction materials. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for very long. We are often out seeing how things are progressing on-site or talking to suppliers. The office in Kadalundi Nagaram is where we do all the paperwork and planning. It’s a bit tucked away, but it works for us. We handle various building and development tasks that come our way. Sometimes the projects are small, and sometimes they involve a lot more coordination. We don’t have a massive team, so everyone has to be involved in the details. It can get stressful when deadlines are close or the weather doesn't cooperate with the building schedule. We just deal with the problems as they come up. We’ve learned that things rarely go exactly as planned in construction. You just have to be practical and find a way to make it work. We’re just local people trying to build things that last. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does the job right. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving between different spots. It's a lot of coordination, but we’re used to it by now. It is just what we do.
