Grandmark Associate & Engineers

Over in Tavanur, across from the Agri College, you’ll find Grandmark Associate & Engineers. We are on the second floor of the Mp Building. This is on the Kuttippuram Ponnani Road, specifically Road 3. It’s a busy route with a lot of students and college staff moving about at all hours. Our office is a place for engineering work and general associate tasks. We have the usual setup: computers, printers, and a few plastic chairs for when people stop by to chat. The 679573 area is quite specific, and being opposite the college makes us easy to locate for anyone new to the area. We don’t do a lot of fancy branding or social media stuff. Most of the people who come to us are locals or people who know us from our work in the area over the years. The Mp Building is a solid place to be based. We spend our days going through technical specs and making sure everything adds up on the sheets. It isn't always exciting work, but it needs to be done right. We have stacks of files and sometimes the printer acts up, just like in any other small office. We don't try to sound like a big international firm with many branches. We are just engineers and associates working in Tavanur. We take the work as it comes and try to be honest about how long things will take. It’s a simple, local business approach.
