You can find us right on the Main Road in Kottakkal. We are located at the Panakkad Tourist Home, which everyone around here knows. It’s an interesting spot for a property office, but it works well because people can find us easily when they’re in town. Goldhawk Properties is just a few of us trying to handle real estate stuff without making it too complicated. The office is usually a bit busy, especially on market days. We sit in Room 2/37 and talk to whoever walks through the door. There’s always someone asking about prices or looking for a bit of land nearby. We don't use a lot of technical jargon. We just speak plain English or the local language and try to be helpful. Sometimes the files pile up on the desks, and it takes a minute to find what we’re looking for. That’s just how it is when you’re busy. Kottakkal is a good place to be based. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the area over the years. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out. It’s a simple operation. No big marketing team, just us at the Panakkad Tourist Home ready to talk about property. If you’re passing by the P.O., you’re basically right there.
