Faculty

We are based in a house called Prasanthi, which is located in the Mundappalam neighborhood of Kondotty. This is in the Malappuram district of Kerala. It’s a pretty typical house for this area, and we’ve converted part of it to handle our Faculty work. The post office is right nearby in Kondotty, so getting mail and parcels is easy enough for us. The rainy season here can be quite intense, often making the roads a bit muddy and difficult to navigate, but we are used to it by now. The office is basically just a few rooms with some desks and chairs where we do our work. We don’t have a sign that lights up or anything like that. Most people who need us already know where the house is situated. We spend our days going through files, talking to locals, and managing the small tasks that keep the place going. It’s not an environment where people wear suits or follow strict corporate rules every hour. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the news while we work on our projects. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We focus on the things that matter to the people in Mundappalam and the surrounding areas. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when there is a local festival or a wedding event nearby, but mostly it is just a calm place to work. We like it that way because it allows us to focus on what needs to get done.
