Fabyto Properties is based at 15/241A in Kalppuram Manhapatta, which is part of the Elankur area in Ernad, Malappuram. It is a more rural setting than the big cities like Kozhikode, and we like it that way. The office is located in a quiet spot where we can focus on the local land and property market. We deal with a lot of agricultural land and small house plots in this part of Kerala. Most of our work comes from people we know in the community or folks who have heard about us from their relatives. It’s a small operation, and we don’t have a lot of staff. Usually, it’s just one or two of us handling the phone calls and meeting with people who drive out to see us. The office is very simple, just a room with some files and a table where we can look over property documents. We spend a lot of time out of the office, walking through fields and checking boundaries on various plots. The weather out here in Ernad can be quite hot, so we usually start our work early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We aren’t looking to become a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We just want to keep helping the people in our local area with their property needs in a way that is honest and straightforward. It’s a good life out here, and we enjoy the work we do.
