We are Faaz Properties, and our office is in Door No. 1/497 of the Mundassery Tower. It is located in Thazhe Kozhichena, within the Valakkulam post office area of Malappuram. The tower is a pretty prominent building in this part of town, so it’s not hard to spot. We work on the ground level, which makes it easy for people to just walk in when they have questions about property. The area around Valakkulam is growing, and we see new things happening every day. Our work involves a lot of coordination with local land owners and people looking to move into the area. It’s a practical job that keeps us busy from morning until evening. The office itself is quite plain, with just the essentials needed to run the business. We don’t go in for much decoration or fancy office equipment. We prefer to spend our time out on the field or talking directly to clients.
