Our office is based in Karikkurayil House, which is in Kattiparuthy near Valanchery. We are out in the Malappuram district, specifically in the Thozhuvanur post area. It’s a local setup, nothing like those big offices you see in the cities. We work out of house number 18/685. The surroundings are quite green and peaceful, which makes for a nice work environment. We mostly deal with local land and property stuff around the Valanchery side. It’s a small group of us here. We spend our time checking on plots and making sure all the documents are in order for whoever needs them. Sometimes we have to drive out to the further parts of the district to see a piece of land. The house we work from is an old family place, so it has that comfortable feel to it. We don't use any fancy technology, just the basics to get the job done. People from the village often drop by for a chat or to ask about land prices. We just give them the information we have. It’s a very local way of doing business. We know the area like the back of our hands. Life here is steady, and we just keep doing our work day by day without any rush. It’s a simple, honest life in this part of Kerala. We like being part of this community.
