Eeevees Properties is located on the first floor of the KK Shops in Room No. 9/340/B. We are right near the GHSS Kunnakkavu school in the Cherukara area of Perinthalmanna, Malappuram. Being so close to the school means it can get quite loud in the afternoons when the students are headed home, but it brings a lot of life to the street. Our office is just a simple space upstairs where we manage our property listings. We mostly deal with land and houses in the Kunnakkavu and Cherukara areas. It is a very local operation, and most of the people who come to see us are from the nearby villages. We don’t have any big corporate goals; we just want to help people find the right piece of land or a house that fits their needs. The shop building is a typical local structure, and our room is just big enough for a couple of desks and some chairs. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and chatting with folks who drop by to ask about land prices. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. We know most of the people who live around here, which makes the work feel more personal. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Kerala, just a reliable place where people in Perinthalmanna can come to talk about property without any pressure or fancy talk.
