EDAPPAL NANMA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We set up Edappal Nanma Projects Private Limited in a small room at Nallanathel. It’s Room No. 1, right in the Polpakkara area of Edappal. Malappuram can be a busy place, but our little corner is usually pretty steady. We’ve been here for a bit now, focusing on local projects that keep us occupied. We aren't looking to be the biggest outfit in Kerala, we just want to do the work that’s in front of us. Most days start early with a lot of phone calls to check on materials and workers. We don't have any fancy furniture or a big reception area. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and figure out the day’s schedule. Sometimes we have to head out to remote parts of Malappuram, which takes up a lot of time on the road. But that’s just part of the job. We aren't polished business people; we’re more comfortable on a site than behind a desk. We’ve got a few local guys who help us out when things get busy. The Edappal P.O. area is home for us, and we like being part of the community here. We don't spend money on advertising, we just rely on people seeing what we do. It’s honest work and it keeps us going day after day. We just take things as they come and try to keep everything moving. There isn't much more to it than just showing up and working.
