Echostone Developers Llp operates out of Room No 5/174 A in the PV Tower. If you know where the Badr Masjid is in Alankode Ponear, we are right there in Attenkunnu. It is a small office space but it works for what we do. Most of our time is spent looking at land or checking on sites. We decided to set up here because it is central for the people we work with. It gets a bit noisy sometimes being near the main road but we are used to it by now. We deal with property and development stuff mostly. It isn't a big operation with hundreds of employees. Just a small team trying to make things work in the local real estate market. We spend a lot of our mornings drinking tea and going over plans before heading out. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out but we manage. People stop by to ask about plots or how to get started with building. We don't have a big marketing budget so word of mouth is how we get most of our business. It feels more personal that way anyway. We’ve been at this for a while and the PV Tower has become like a second home to us. It’s just honest work in a place we know well. We take things as they come and don't try to overcomplicate the process for anyone.
