Ebrin Confection Private Limited

This is Ebrin Confection Private Limited. We are located in the Techno Industrial Park at Kakkancheri. Our place is in the KML Apartment, right near the Kinfra park. It’s a good spot in Malappuram for a business like ours. We make sweets and confectionery items. It’s a lot of work involving sugar and ovens. The heat in the kitchen area can get pretty intense, especially in the afternoons. We aren't some giant factory with robots. We do a lot of the stuff by hand. It’s just a group of local workers who know their way around a kitchen. We started this because we liked making treats and thought we could sell them. There’s no big corporate board here, just us making decisions as we go along. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to start a batch over. That’s just part of the learning process. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just make candy and sweets. The industrial park is a busy place, so there’s always something happening around us. We try to stay focused on our own work and keep our customers happy with the stuff we produce. It’s a honest way to earn a living and we’re glad to be here. We keep the place as tidy as we can, but with all that sugar, it’s always a bit of a challenge to stay completely clean.
