East Eranad Nidhi Limited is located right across from the BP pump in Edakkara. Specifically, we are at Kalasagar, 12/508. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows where the petrol station is. Our office is a straightforward place. We didn't bother with fancy signs or expensive furniture. We mostly just focus on the people who come in from the surrounding village areas. Being in Edakkara Po means we’re right in the middle of things. Most of the time, the fan is humming and we’re just looking over the books at the desk. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We wear what’s comfortable and talk to folks like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. Dealing with money can be a bit dry, so we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We’ve got a couple of old desks and the floor gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up outside. We just sweep it out and keep going. If you’re coming by, just look for the Kalasagar building near the pump. There’s usually a bit of shade out front where you can park a bike or stand for a minute. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and we know how the local rhythms work. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a local office doing what needs to be done. Sometimes we share a tea while working on the ledgers. That’s how it is. It's just a regular part of Edakkara.
