We are tucked away in the Kinfra park at Kakkanchery, specifically in Awasha Tower at room IX/130. Being in Tirurangadi, we are in a spot where a lot of food production happens. We make various food items. It is a busy place, but we keep it simple. The building is a bit modern because it’s a Kinfra park, but inside our unit, it’s just us doing the daily work. We spend a lot of time on the production floor. There is always a lot of cleaning to do before and after we start. We have a small group of people who have been with us since we opened. We don’t have any big corporate meetings. We just talk about what needs to be made for the day. Malappuram has a lot of energy when it comes to small businesses, and we feel like a part of that. Some days are long, especially when we have big orders to finish. We don't have a PR person to write fancy things about us. We just make the food and hope people find it useful. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on the main road, but we manage. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. It’s basic work, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid.
