Dr Ranjith Sukumar Associate Professor And Head Dept Of Endocrine Surgery

This is the office for the endocrine surgery department at MES Medical College in Perinthalmanna. Dr. Ranjith Sukumar is the one in charge here, acting as both an Associate Professor and the Head of the department. Most of the time, the day is split between teaching the students at the college and handling surgical cases. It is a busy medical school environment, so there is always a lot of noise in the hallways and people rushing around. We are located right inside the main campus area. Being in Perinthalmanna, we see a lot of different people coming in for checkups or consultations regarding their endocrine issues. The desk is usually piled with folders and surgical notes because there is plenty of paperwork that comes with being an Associate Professor. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a medical department doing its job. The students are always around asking questions, and the staff tries to keep the schedule from getting too backed up. Endocrine surgery is a specific field, so the work is very focused. We stay busy with the clinic days and the time spent in the operating rooms. It is a pretty standard setup for a head of department in a place like MES Medical College. We just focus on the patients and the teaching part of the day without much fuss.
