We’re located in the Hi-Care Clinic building, on the Ooty Main Road in Mampad. It’s room 216 C/13. Having the clinic downstairs means there are always people around, which is nice. We’ve been in Malappuram for a while now. The office is pretty basic, just a few chairs and the counter where we take the payments. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. Sometimes the wind blows through the window and messes up my stacks of paper. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure the chits are running smoothly. People from the surrounding villages come in on their way to the market. We know most of their names and their families too. It’s more of a community thing than a big business. We don't use any fancy software, just the usual methods that have worked for years. The traffic on Ooty Main Road can be loud, but you get used to it. We drink a lot of tea while we work. If you’re passing through Mampad, you can see our spot. It’s nothing fancy, just a room where we get the work done. We stay open most days except for the holidays. It’s just how we earn a living and help others save. We don't need any more than this simple setup. It works for us and the people who come here.
