Payyanangadi is where we have our small setup, specifically at the Ammengara Building, room 18/459. It’s not a fancy place, but it gets the job done for us. Most days start with coffee and then we dive into whatever interior work or development projects are currently on the table. We’ve been around here for a while, and people know the name De Dots Interiors & Developers Llp, even if they sometimes forget the Llp part. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we try to do the heavy lifting at the sites early in the morning. Our office is usually filled with samples of materials, wood offcuts, and papers scattered across the desks. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the tools and the drawings. Sometimes the traffic outside the building is a bit much, but that's just how life is in this part of town. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers to get what we need for the houses we are working on. It’s a lot of back and forth, making sure things actually fit where they are supposed to. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure the interiors we build don't fall apart and look decent enough for the people living there. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, usually late into the evening.
