Our shop is called Damam Gold And Diamonds Limited Liabilit, and you can find us on Perinthalmanna Road. We are specifically located at Pulamanthole 8/599 in the PTS Complex. It is a pretty well-known spot if you live around here. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the buses going by, but it keeps the place feeling alive. We have been working out of this complex for a bit now. We handle gold and diamonds, but we don't act like it is a big deal. It is just our job. The PTS Complex has other shops too, so there is always someone coming or going. Sometimes we stand out front just to catch a bit of a breeze when it gets too hot inside. We don't have a massive marketing team or fancy slogans. We just open the shutters in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. Most of our customers are locals who are looking for something for a wedding or just a small gift. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of complicated words. It is just a regular business run by people who live nearby. If you are driving down Perinthalmanna Road, you will probably notice the building. It’s nothing special to look at, but we are in there working every day. We have a small table in the back where we keep our lunch boxes and a jug of water.
