Our place is at 35/222, Cherikode House, right in Mariyad Angadi. If you are coming down the road, it is the house on the left side. It is a familiar spot for most of the folks living around Mariyad. We started Concept Art Constructions Llp because we wanted to do things our own way, close to where we live. The office is basically a room in the house where we have set up a couple of drafting tables and a computer that has seen better days. It is usually pretty quiet until the morning traffic starts up in the Angadi area. We spend our days driving out to different plots of land and talking to the workers. We are not a big company with a lot of layers; it is just us. We handle everything from getting the materials to making sure the walls are straight. Most of our clients are people we have known for years, so there is no need for any formal talk or fancy presentations. We just sit in the shade and discuss the plans over a drink. Sometimes we get stuck waiting for the supply trucks to come through the narrow roads, but that is just part of working here. We like the pace of life in Mariyad. It allows us to focus on one thing at a time without feeling too rushed. We just do the work as it comes.
