Our office is tucked away on P.A. Sainudheen Naina Road, specifically at 7/277. It is usually a bit crowded with boxes and stacks of paperwork because of all the moving parts involved in shipping things in and out. Managing an export-import business means our phones are always ringing at odd hours. We have a small crew here. Most of us have been working together for a long time now. We aren't in a shiny glass building or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can get the job done. Dealing with customs and transport can be a real headache some days, but we manage. You’ll often find someone making a pot of tea while we wait for a delivery truck to show up. The road outside can get a bit noisy with the local traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle all sorts of goods, and every day feels a bit different depending on what’s coming in from overseas. It’s a lot of checking lists and making sure the labels are right. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just move things from one place to another and try to make sure nothing gets lost. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills for our families.
