You can find us at Moolassery House, which is in Vettom, Malappuram. The address is 63/11, and we have been here for a while now. We handle hospitality, which basically means we spend our time making sure people have what they need when they are away from home. It is a local business through and through. We don't have a big corporate headquarters in a city; we work right here from the house in Malappuram. It is a family-style environment. We don't have fancy titles or strict rules about who does what. If the floor needs mopping, whoever is closest grabs the mop and gets it done. We think it is better that way because it keeps things grounded and simple. Vettom is a nice place, and we feel lucky to be working here. We don't put out a lot of polished brochures or anything. We just talk to people and help them out. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because we would rather be talking to a guest or fixing something in one of the rooms. It is not a perfect operation, but it is an honest one. We focus on the simple things like a clean room and a friendly hello. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure our corner of Malappuram is welcoming for anyone who stops by. It is just our way of doing things at the house.
