Our place is in Edappal, right across from the Honda Showroom. If you're driving through Malappuram, you'll probably pass us at 14/1223 B 11/2-4. Cavallo Building Solutions Private Limited is mostly about the day-to-day grind of construction and finding the right parts for a building. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a lobby full of awards. Our office is more of a workshop feel, with samples of tiles and pipes lying around and a few desks for the paperwork. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are just starting to build their homes. It’s a big deal for them, so we try to keep it simple and honest. We don’t use any of those slick marketing phrases because they don’t really help when you’re trying to figure out a drainage issue or a roof leak. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out at different sites around Malappuram. It’s dusty work and sometimes the sun is really beating down, but we’ve been doing this for a while now. We know the local area and we know how to get things done without making it more complicated than it needs to be. We just focus on the solutions, like the name says, and try to make sure the work holds up over time. It’s just us, a few tools, and a lot of practical experience trying to help out the local community with their building needs.
