Capariyo Unique Design Of Interior is located in Parakkal Tower over in the Pandikkade area of Kondotty. It’s a busy part of Malappuram, and we like being in the middle of it. Our office in the tower is where we handle all the design work and the paperwork that goes with it. It’s not always the most exciting stuff, but it has to be done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. When we are actually in the office, it’s usually a bit chaotic. There are rolls of paper everywhere and someone is usually trying to find a lost tape measure. We don't try to look like a big city firm. We are just local people doing interior work for other local people. Some days are long, starting early and finishing well after the sun goes down. We don't mind. It’s better to stay busy than to be sitting around. People in Kondotti know us as the guys in Parakkal Tower. They come to us because they want someone they can talk to normally without any corporate jargon. We tell them the truth about what will look good and what is a waste of money. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have any fancy brochures. We just show people what we’ve done and let them decide for themselves if they like it.
