BUILDX CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

BUILDX CONSTRUCTIONS LLP operates out of the Moonnakkal Palli Commercial Complex, at unit 8/1890N. It’s a busy little spot, and there are always people coming and going from the other shops in the complex. We have a small office there where we handle all the paperwork for our construction jobs. It’s usually a bit disorganized with rolls of drawings and half-empty coffee cups everywhere. We are mostly out at the building sites during the day, so the office is often empty until late in the afternoon. We take on various construction tasks, mostly local stuff where we can keep a close eye on what’s happening. It’s a lot of coordinating with masons, electricians, and plumbers to make sure everyone is showing up when they said they would. Sometimes they don't, and that’s when the stress levels go up a bit. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly just rely on phone calls and writing things down in a notebook. The commercial complex is a good landmark, so it’s easy to tell people where to find us if they need to drop off documents. We’ve had some long days and some tough projects, but we just keep plugging away at it. It’s just a few of us working together to get these buildings finished without too many mistakes or delays along the way.
