Buildex Trade Links Limited Liability Partnership is based out of Pallipadi, over in Azhinhilam. Malappuram is a good place to be if you’re moving goods around, and that’s basically what we do every day. We handle a lot of trade links, mostly materials that other people need for their projects. It’s a lot of phone calls and making sure the trucks are where they are supposed to be. The office here in Malappuram isn't anything special, just a place to keep the paperwork organized and talk to the drivers. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when several deliveries arrive at once, but we manage to sort it out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Kerala, just a reliable one that people can call when they need stuff moved or sourced. It’s hard work and the days can be long, especially when the traffic is bad or there’s a delay at the warehouse. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know the roads and the people. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phone and making sure the orders are right. If something goes wrong, we try to fix it without making a big deal of it. That’s just how we operate. Most of our clients are local folks or businesses who have been working with us for a few years now, and we like it that way.
